I'm very proud of the work I did for Lullwater Counseling on their website. The previous site was very nice but about 15 years old. Times change, devices proliferate, and web comes to phones and tablets. A new site that is responsive to screen size, has appealing parallax background features, and made use of more interesting graphics was in order.
A persistence of the old design was important though. The theme of water which is not only in the name and previous graphics, but also represents the subconscious in psychology circles, was chosen and expounded upon in the motion graphic backgrounds and cinemagraph images. They're slightly surreal, definitely cerebral, completely appropriate for this message.
